Leif Baradoy enjoys making things big and small.

He is the CEO of Giftbit. He cofounded the company in 2011 and has led the business through startup days, pivots, and growth.

Alongside entrepreneurship, he gives energy to service, high performance athletics, creative projects, and his children. A collection of Leif's poetry, strawberries, was published in 2024.

Trail running is Leif's primary athletic outlet. He is a former professional triathlete and was most recently a captain of Team Canada for the 2023 Multisport World Championships in Ibiza, Spain.
